What a great idea! Males Place is planning a trip with 15 young men and adults to Ghana, West Africa in December 2010. The teenagers have been growing their own vegetables such as corn, squash and greens, etc. on Beatties Ford Road, right here in Charlotte. Going green by teaching these young men to garden and eat their own crops, is not only healthy but it has also bonded them as brothers who care about our planet.
